Intruder Alarms

Caretech Systems offers intruder alarm solutions for residential and commercial clients: Free, no obligation surveys are provided followed up by written proposals with fixed price quotations.

Domestic & Residential
Domestic alarm systems may be either hard wired or wireless and designed to be insurance company approved where necessary. The installation will include a control panel with standby battery, keypad, door contacts and detectors strategically located around the premises to provide the earliest possible warning of an attempted break in. Some systems can be provided with a keyfob style device to remotely set/unset the alarm without going to the keypad. Pet friendly detectors are available which can be used when cats or small dogs are left in the house while the alarm is set. An external sounder/strobe alerts passers by of an alarm activation and additional equipment such as a speech dialler or connection to an alarm receiving centre can also be included.

Commercial & Industrial
Systems can be installed to meet virtually any requirement the client or their insurers may have, including 24 Hour Monitored systems using Redcare, Dualcom and Emizon communication networks. Every installation will be designed and installed to comply with the requirements of EN50131, PD6662 & DD243 and the local police authority where appropriate.

Maintenance & Repairs
We carry out routine maintenance on most types of alarm system including those installed by other companies and also provide a 24 hour emergency call out service without the need for a specific maintenance agreement.
